GOOD WILL
|
If ever there was an instructor for me,
To teach me how to love in truth,
It has been you.
For have I not said that the core of love is Good Will?
And now I have seen that same loving
Good Will - manifested in your love for me.
It is free and flowing,
Unhampered and unselfish in its concretization,
Like a soft kiss and embrace on a country gravel road
Under the full moon of August;
Like a simple act of loving kindness in words spoken
Under the trees along the banks of Lake Cheniere.
