Storyline:

This is the ultimate in revenge films. Jim Baxford is John Q, Law Abiding Citizen, Darkman, every Stevan Segal and every Sylvester Stallone character all rolled into
one justifyingly hatefull vengence seeker on the beautifully violent screen.

An investment firm headed by Wall Street CEO Jeremy Stancroft finds itself in deep financial trouble. Rather than take responsibility for its economic collapse, Stancroft orders the now worthless stock to be sold to unsuspecting buyers. The stock becomes worthless and all the small stockholders lose their life savings.

Jim Baxford is a security guard, a hard working man who must secure vital medicines for his ailing wife whose condition will become terminal without them.

Braxford discovers that the thousands in his savings which have been heavily invested in this firm have been irretrievably lost. Now he must find a way to support his
wife and pay for her treatment but at each turn, his way is blocked. Beacuse the firm finds itself with a host of creditors, Jim as one of the stockholders must pay
off the firm's debts to the tune of $60.000. He hires a mercenary attorney who demands an upfront retainer of $10,000 which he must borrow from close friends on the police force.

The attorney promises to stop the firm from collecting Jim's debt to the firm but due to a legal technicality, he fails, and tells Jim to seek legal help elsewhere. Jim's salary is garnished by a collection agency who is handling the stockholders' debts. His security company then informs him that they cannot afford to retain an emplyee in garnishment. He is fired. Despondent and sullen, Jim arrives home to discover that his wife has taken her life after receiving news that their home has been put in forclosure.

Filled with anger and rage, now homeless and without any hope whatsoever, Jim seeks satisfaction, not only from the firm who is responsible for his undoing, but from
his broker, his lawyer, and eventually, on a murderous rampage, from random offices and stock market people in general. The dead bodies on Wall Street mount up day after
day. On the last day of the killing, his two close friends on the police force discover it has been he all the while doing the killing, and, as law enforcers, they must decide what to do

Anyone who has been a victim of the nastiness of Wall Street in the last decade can only feel like applauding this vigilante.

Quotes
[last lines]
Jim Baxford: [voice-over] I'm still alive and free and I promise I will keep killing. They should all know that I am out there, a soldier of the people. and if the government, the prosecutors, and the judges fail on their duty, I will not fail on mine.
